Project Development

We take clients requirements, carry out site assessment, feasibility & prognosis study for energy efficiency, preliminary planning, regulatory consulting, approval procedures.

Financial Consulting

We do the Profitability calculation, financial modeling, cost analysis and advise on the best budget. Our process is transparent. Our clients know what we’re working on and how long it takes. We’re always available to answer questions and you’ll have the final say.

Procurement

We choose high quality components & reliable technology and make all the necessary arrangements with regards to delivery of components to project sites.

Engineering

We do Project management from design to commissioning. We do dimensioning and detailed electrical, civil and hydraulic planning, development of customized solutions. We minimize risk with short sprints of well-defined tasks, we are able to start delivering work as soon as possible. We track time so that we can make evidence-based completion estimates.

Construction

Professional electrical installations in accordance with international technical standards, hydraulic installations, drilling works, civil engineering works and supervision. We deliver maximum value to our clients. The client can weigh the business benefit against relative cost of each task. Tasks with greater business benefit can be identified and completed first.
